Rate questions

What is the minimum booking?
Two hours of studio time. Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) blocks are priced below the hourly rate and are the better buy for most shoots.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your start time for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the payment is forfeited. No-shows count as inside 48 hours.
Do I need insurance to rent the studio?
Studio-only bookings do not require insurance; a $500 card hold is placed and released after checkout. Equipment rentals require a certificate of insurance with $1,000,000 general liability naming JHR Photography LLC DBA Impact Studio 931 as additional insured.
Can I book outside 7 AM to 11 PM?
Yes by arrangement. Hours before 7 AM and after 11 PM carry an additional fee. Ask about the date and we will quote it.
How do I pay?
Online through the booking page. Payment is due in full to secure the reservation, with a signed rental agreement.
Is there a discount for repeat bookings or memberships?
Not yet. If you shoot here regularly, tell us; membership options are being designed and we would rather build them around real renters.
