What the headshot setup includes

A dedicated headshot station with a stool, backdrop, and lighting position ready to go, plus the paper backdrops, the brick wall, the wood panel, and the cyc wall for variety in one session. Lighting kits, including a headshot kit, are on the equipment catalog and cost less when booked with studio time. Clients wait in the natural-light lounge, not in a hallway.

Studio time is $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum. Two hours covers a comfortable session for one to three people; a half day covers a small team.

Can I rent the headshot studio if I am a photographer?
Yes. That is what it is for. Book by the hour with a two-hour minimum, or a half day for a team session. Bring your own gear or add a lighting kit at in-studio rates.
I am not a photographer. Can I get headshots done here?
Yes. Send an inquiry with the headcount and the date you have in mind and we will arrange a photographer who shoots here regularly.
How many people can you do in a session?
With one photographer and one setup, plan about ten to fifteen minutes per person. Two hours fits a small group; a half day fits a team of ten to twenty.
Which backgrounds are available?
White cyc, seamless paper in several colors, brick, wood panel, and rustic metal. All are included with the room.
Where do we park and change?
Free parking at the door, a restroom, and the lounge for waiting and touch-ups. Under a half mile from Rotary Park if you want an outdoor frame or two.
