Impact Studio

Impact Studio 931, serving Fort Campbell and Clarksville

A studio and a base for Fort Campbell photographers

Minutes from post. A 1,500 sq ft photo and video studio you can rent by the hour, workshops on lighting, headshots, and the business of photography, and an owner who built his own businesses after the Army.

Built for how military families actually work

Spouse-owned photography businesses

Rent a professional room by the hour instead of carrying a lease. Every wall and backdrop is included, so you can offer clients variety on day one.

Transitioning soldiers starting a business

The business-of-photography workshops cover pricing, contracts, client flow, and marketing. Programs on post such as Boots to Business teach the plan; we teach the craft and the studio side.

PCS-proof skills

Learn studio lighting and headshots that travel to the next duty station, in small hands-on groups.

Family and milestone sessions

Photographers shooting homecomings, promotions, families, and seniors book the room by the hour with a two-hour minimum.

Unit and team headshots

A ready headshot setup for a group on one afternoon; ask about arranging a photographer.

Owner who has been there

Jayson Rivas, the owner, is a former Green Beret and a working commercial photographer. The studio exists to support photographers building a business.

Questions from Fort Campbell photographers

Is there a military discount?
Our rate is $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum for everyone, and we keep it at that level on purpose. Half and full days are the better buy if you shoot more than a few hours.
I am starting a photography business as a military spouse. Where do I begin?
Join the workshop list for the business-of-photography sessions, then book two hours to shoot a portfolio session in the studio. If you want to talk it through first, send an inquiry and say so.
Can I rent the studio for client sessions without owning lights?
Yes. Lighting kits rent with the room at in-studio rates. Equipment rentals require a certificate of insurance; studio-only bookings carry a $500 card hold instead.
How far is the studio from post?
A short drive from Fort Campbell's Gate 4 side of Clarksville. Free parking at the door.
Do you host photographer meetups?
We are planning evening panels and community sessions alongside the workshops. Join the list and you will hear first.
